Banana

Bananas are the perfect snack to recharge batteries and the main ingredient of various recipes, like banana split and banana bread. They can be eaten fresh, baked or fried, cut into slices or blended, and the taste is always delicious. Let’s thank Alexander the Great then: During an expedition to India he stepped by Madagascar and found tons of banana trees. We do not know if it was the famous conqueror the first man to eat a banana, but what’s for sure is that since that moment bananas have spread all around the world and everybody loves them.
