The Management of General Fruit Srl, determined to continually improve its quality standards, involves
all personnel in a modern management system that integrates the adopted certification schemes and ensures
regulatory compliance, legality and product safety.

- Carefully assess suppliers, raw materials, packaging and services, verifying authenticity and traceability.
- Continually improve the internal organisation and business processes.
- Manage human resources, infrastructure, plants and equipment in the best possible way.
- Prevent and resolve risks that may affect consumer safety, personnel health, the environment and food safety.

- Do not use GMO or transgenic ingredients.
- Manage allergens by declaring them on labels and preventing cross-contamination.
- Apply the hygiene standards described in the Quality Manual and self-control plan.
- Observe every law relating to quality, environment, safety, legality and contractual requirements.
- Maintain an efficient traceability system.
- Safeguard the standards required by ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certifications.
