Our First Chapter in Hong Kong

Polot 1882 and Opificium made their first stop in Hong Kong with a full day of cocktails, Italian taste and shared experiences across some of the city’s most renowned bars.

The Block Party brought together ONAER, The Old Man and Dead Poets, welcoming bartenders, industry professionals and cocktail enthusiasts throughout the afternoon. A special highlight was the guest shift by Filippo Sanchi, who brought his craft and creativity behind the bar.
