White chocolate

White chocolate is extreme sweetness. It was produced for the first time by Nestlé around 1930, with the purpose of not wasting the excess of cocoa butter resulting from the production of chocolate. In fact, besides sugar and milk, white chocolate does not contain cocoa but cocoa butter, and it is this ingredient that gives it its typical sweet taste, white color and buttery consistency.
