Irish coffee

Irish Coffee came about in 1942 from a creative and thoughtful barista named Joe Sheridan. Aiming to bring relief to those transatlantic travelers weary from the harsh winter climate of the Emerald Isle, he mixed freshly brewed coffee with brown sugar, Irish whiskey and whipped cream. The result was a blessing for the tired passengers… and for all of us too!
